I've been meaning to try jelly in my bento box for a while now. Yours looks really good. Did you use plain old packet jelly?

I used a packet of Tesco sugar-free Orange jelly crystals.
Mixed the boiling water and jelly crystals in a tin mug and let it cool a little before pouring it over the fruit.

Lamb and teriyaki is a really weird combination! From a cultural point of view, I mean... Did it taste good?

I'm from New Zealand originally so I like to bring a little of my own cooking traditions to a bento.
The Lamb teriyaki was a little sweet as I used New Zealand Manuka Honey in roast glaze.

(Manuka Honey is good for you and recommended by my Granny Very Happy )
