Gooseberries in Lime jelly, Kiwifruit (aka "Chinese gooseberry") in gooseberry jelly and Yorkshire puddings with lamb mince.

I've always had a soft spot for gooseberries. My granny and granddad had rows of gooseberry bushes growing in low hedges. The red gooseberries were lovely and sweet and as a kid I would eat them directly from the bushes. The green gooseberries were made into lovely crumbles with cream on top.

The Yorkshire pudding make a nice edible food divider. They are filled with New Zealand lamb mince which fit nicely with New Zealand kiwifruit and my memories of home.

However with such a non-traditional mix of foods can this still be called a bento???
